Welcome to Online PE

  • Note from Mr. Freeman

  • This is a perfect time to work on things that we talk about all the time in PE. Control what you control. E+R=O Event plus Response Equals Outcome. We don’t control the Event’s around us, but we control how we respond to it. And that equals the outcome we get. It’s funny right before spring break ALL of us were ready for a break... welp here it is haha.

  •  So what are you going to do when you have no where to go and nothing to do??

  • At one point you will look back at this time and be able to tell people what you did? Did you master a new craft... (art, cooking, working out, building something, writing etc) I know I am going to continue to challenge myself and I hope you choose to do as well. Like I always say “It’s always YOU vs YOU”. So choose to get better!
